A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination completed by a licensed professional. The inspectors will produce a full report of the conditions of the systems in your home, and describe any defects in language that you will understand.

Depending on the size of the house, about 3 hours.
Can I attend the inspection?
To most thoroughly examine the numerous home systems, we request that you attend the end of the inspection for a walk-through.
Will you tell me the age of my roof or other areas of my property?
No, we will tell you about the condition and any defects.
